Redeveloping an underutilized orphaned corner lot in the Westend with water views, the design challenge involved creating row housing on a steeply sloping narrow site. The resulting four townhomes each offer separate street entries, rooftop decks with ocean views, while maintaining a traditional westend exterior of brick and detailing.
