A new duplex and infill house in the Cedar Cottage neighborhood that balances a craftsman exterior with open, modern main floor plans. Our design goal was to create family homes with multiple bedrooms on the same floor, while keeping the living areas bright, airy, and practical. This project took full advantage of regulations to allow for three amazing homes to be constructed on a 50’ lot.
