A restoration and repurposing of a heritage neighborhood church into high-quality townhouses. Careful attention was given to the existing appearance of the church, while still allowing the transformation to livable units through dormers, oversized multi-paned windows, and a contemporary addition. The existing structure allowed for abnormally high ceilings, separate unit walkways and entrances, and direct sunlight exposure on multiple sides. Two coachouses in the rear of this double lot had their exterior designed to compliment the heritage building, juxtaposing their modern interior layout.
