A careful restoration of a heritage house in the heart of Kitsilano. A conversion from a single family to multi-family home on a corner lot, creating more affordable units without sacrificing livability. Exterior details such as soffit tails, wood windows, and decorative bracketing were maintained to ensure the character of the house was preserved. A new coach house in the rear borrows elements from the heritage house, but maintains its own distinct identity.
