Livingston Character

This character retention project saw an early 20th century house transform into a duplex with the help of house relocation and a contemporary addition.

1. Court Houses

These three compact east-van homes are currently at the development phase. Each new house will boast a walk-out grass courtyard that is centered on an existing tree.

2. Lakewood House

Construction of this new duplex house is underway. With contemporary design and clean lines, these new homes fit right in with their up-and-coming neighbourhood.

3. City Hall Conversion

This conversion of a large character house into a multiplex with a rear coach house is currently under construction. The 50’X125’ site will have a total of 4 units when building is complete, all while respecting the character of the existing house.
